The Ventriloquist returns with a new scheme to reestablish his supremacy in Gotham City's criminal underworld...but his homicidal alter ego Scarface may have other plans for the new Batman that has never before encountered this unique villain. Meanwhile, Two-Face is freed from jail because of a bureaucratic snafu, presenting an even greater problem for the Batman.
