Mitch Shelley and the Forgotten Heroes experience the reality-warping impact of the meteor that created Vandal Savage. Savage is also at the site of impact, only to find that something deadly has crashed inside the meteor. As the Forgotten Heroes attempt to stop Savage, he proposes they work together to stop whatever it is that has landed and caused so much destruction. The issue ends with yet another mystery about the Resurrection Man's past.
