Renamed to Gunfighters in 1966, the series continued to feature Kid Montana, but also added other characters, including Wild Bill Hickok and his sidekick, Jingles, who keep and sometimes even make the law in the old West; a good-looking Lone Ranger type called the Masked Raider; and a noble gunfighter named the Cheyenne Kid.
