1. Oliver Queen and Dinah Lance have moved to Seattle to settle down and open a florist shop. While settling into their new place, the pair have picked up some new cases; Oliver a serial killer who's been murdering streetwalkers, and Dinah drug dealing ring specializing in crack and heroin. Pursuing his killer, Oliver finds himself on the trail of another killer, the Robin Hood killer, who's killed a string of middle aged men across the country.
2. The book opens with Green Arrow Searching for the female archer she saw kill the street walker murderer in issue one. He does so as he is following the trail of bodies she is leaving behind her. Discovering what they all have in common, he finds that the cases he and Black Canary were working on, were actually one and the same. After more investigation he discovers that the dealers know Black Canary is a narc, and she is in danger, so Green Arrow rushes to save her. He finds them and Canary is stripped and strung up. She looks as if she had already been tortured. This drives Ollie mad, and he begins to kill every one in the room.
3. The Green Arrow discovers that the heroin dealers are going to have a shipment arrive in the mountains. He decides to go put a stop to them and while there runs into the female archer Who we now know is named Shado. We learn more about her beginnings, and together she and The Green Arrow take on the drug dealers.
