On the outside, he's all that's wholesome, the all-American man, sadly out of time. In reality, it's his victims who are out of time. Mr. Fun has been assigned a surprising target, and it's up to Batgirl and Nightwing to stop him. Batman, meanwhile, discovers a deadly clue to Athena's past, but he may be too late as Athena and her gang are about to put their master plan into action!
