The President Ronald Reagan is kidnapped by the Batman form right under the nose of the secret service. President Reagan becomes a willing participant in the plan to capture the KGBeast. As the plan unfolds the leak is plugged in more ways then one. Facing off with the Beast, Batman doesn't push the contest, and walks away leaving the Beast to his own end.
