The Batman sets out for the address found upon the crook, and arrives at an abandoned house near the edge of town. Robin stays in the Batmobile, as Batman carefully explores inside. Suddenly a trap door opens in the floor, and Batman falls ten feet to the floor of a pit. A voice is heard from a hidden speaker: "Welcome, Batman!" It is the voice of The Penguin. "At last you have stepped into my trap!"
