Angered by the double-crossing theug, the Penguin lifts his death-wielding umbrella. Suddenly a familiar caped figure leaps into the room. "Batman... You again!", the Penguin scornfully remarks. The ace crime fighter strike forward with an umbrella of his own. There is a brief clash between Batman and the Penguin, but the caped crusader's agility shortens the battle. The Penguin's weapon crashes to the floor.
