But help is on the way for Sam Wilson, as the Sentinel of Liberty, Marvel Man, and the Vamp ride a tour boat to Alcatraz! However, unbeknownst to the trio, some other people are headed to Alcatraz too...namely Moonstone, Senator "Kligger" Stivak, Jim Wilson, and the Hulk!
