In searching for a way to destroy the Justice League, dictator of Bialya Rumaan Harjarvti bumps into the Joker-- who is, coincidentally, searching in the same place for clues to Batman's identity! Seeing an opportunity to destroy two nemeses with one stone, the two decide to pool their resources. Meanwhile, Booster Gold and Ted Kord, both having recently lost their respective businesses, seek a new, unique source of income; unsurprisingly, hijinks ensue. And on the day of Scott and Barda's first Justice League cookout, no less!
