Quasar begins his task of identifying all earthbound aliens. He encounters Aquarian (who is the "master" of a peace following group of water children) and Quantum. He and Aquarian learn that Aquarian, like Quantum, is a Dakkamite. Quasar prevents Quantum from killing Aquarian.
