This is Elfquest New Blood '93 Summer Special, $2.00 cover price, dated 07/1993. It is easily confused with another very similar title, Elfquest New Blood Summer Special #1 ($3.95 cover) dated 08/1992. Some copies of this issue have a sticker over the price which changes it to $3.95 as well.
